What shipping options are available?

If you live in the Melbourne metro region (defined by Australia Post):

1. Orders over $100 - Economy shipping (2 – 4 business days): Free

2. Orders under $100 - Economy shipping (2 – 4 business days): $5

3. Express shipping (1 - 2 business days): Price provided at checkout

4. Saturday delivery (order Friday before 2pm): Price provided at checkout

In Australia but outside Melbourne metro region:

1. Orders over $100 - Economy shipping (3 – 8 business days): Free

2. Orders under $100 - Economy shipping (3 – 8 business days): $6

3. Express shipping (1 - 4 business days): Price provided at checkout

Outside of Australia:

1. Pricing provided at checkout with options for regular and express deliveries.

2. Please note that note all of our products are available for international delivery.

When will my order ship?

Generally, orders received by 2pm Melbourne time are often shipped the same day. The dispatch time of your order will depend on:

  • the time and date you ordered with us
  • stock availability,
  • and public holidays/weekends.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is underway.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link to a website where you will be able to track your order. We use different shipping companies depending on where we have dispatched your order from.

If you cannot locate your tracking number, please contact one of our team members.


How can I find out more information about a product?

Please contact our team if you have any questions about any the products we stock.

How do I find out if a product is safe for my allergies?

If you are sensitive or allergic to certain ingredients, please contact our team. They’ll be able to advise what’s in all products we stock.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Beauty products based on all-natural ingredients tend to have a shorter shelf life than those full of preservatives and petrochemicals! Individual products have their batch expiry dates on the product itself, so be sure to check before use if you haven’t used a product for some time.

Are any of the products you stock tested on animals?

No! Absolutely not! We don’t stock products tested on animals.

Do you stock vegan friendly products?

Are all products certified organic?

Very few beauty products are 100% certified organic, due to how difficult and costly this is to achieve. Some products use certified organic ingredients and will indicate what percentage of the product is made from these ingredients.

Many other beauty products use non-certified organic ingredients and are just as good (and sometimes better) as those with organic certification. The Belinda Hughes team believe that as long as a product is formulated with high quality all-natural ingredients (and no nasties) and does a great job in making you look beautiful, we’ll stock it for our customers.


How can I check the status of my order?

Click on the “my account” link at the top of any page of the website and login with your email address and password. A password would have been automatically emailed to you the first time you placed an order with us.

Once in the My Account area, you’ll be able to see that most up to date status of all of your orders. We’ll also email you to let you know anytime your order status changes.

Can I update my order?

Please contact one of the team to update, change or cancel your order. They’ll do the best they can to accommodate any requests. Please note, if your order has already been shipped, the team will be unable to cancel your order.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Afterpay.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged once your order begins processing.

My payment failed!

There can be many reasons your payment for your order didn’t work. Some common reasons are:
• Insufficient available funds
• Billing address doesn’t match what your credit card provider has on file
• Security code / CVV number doesn’t match

Be sure you check the details you have provided in your order and check with your card issuer if still having issues.
